Stellar's Jay - Cushy

 A large-headed, chunky-bodied jay of North America. I've never related to an animal more in my life.

This is a heavily variegated yarn, lots of navy blues and greys, a bit of pecan brown thrown in, and a sea blue/celadon for full-bodied good measure.

Approximately 435 yards per 100 grams

All of my yarn is ethically sourced from Argentina and Uruguay (no mulesing allowed!) and hand-dyed in small batches with professional acid dyes and fully exhausted before being removed. Each hank is unique and can vary, but if you order more than one skein, I will do my best to match them for you.

Care Instructions
I dye my yarns with acid dyes and thoroughly rinse each skein before drying with Soak Wool Wash, but slight bleeding upon the first wash is a possibility. Although this yarn is machine washable, it is highly recommended that all items be hand washed in cool water with gentle detergent and laid flat to dry.
