Shipping, Returns and Other Policies

When it comes to our yarn, every skein in a grouping or dye batch is unique. We, of course, do our best to maintain consistency within colorways, but each skein (considering they are hand-dyed) will be slightly different. Our goal is customer satisfaction, and we are happy to answer any questions you may have, as well as do our best to resolve any issues that may occur. Payment Methods:

We currently accept Paypal, Afterpay, and most major credit cards for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order, and will issue a refund if we do so. 

Discount Codes:

Discount codes can be applied to any eligible orders placed while the code is active. Discount codes can not be applied to any previously placed orders, and cannot be applied to orders placed after the code has expired. 

Shipping & Costs:

We ship within 2-10 business days of receiving your order.
****If the item is a Pre-Order, such as an Advent Calendar or Seasonal Celebration Box, refer to the shipping time specified on the product listing.****

We ship all domestic and international orders through the USPS or UPS. You will be given various shipping options for your order when you check out and you can choose the option that works best for you. All rates are based on order weight.

Please Note: We are not able to combine orders. However, because shipping costs are weight based, they are much more accurate.  

If you order yarn from outside of the United States, you are responsible for paying your country's duties. Deliveries that are returned for refusal to pay duties are not  eligible for a refund.

Once your purchase leaves our hands and enters the USPS, or UPS, or any other delivery system, we are no longer financially or otherwise responsible for it. 

If you feel that your package has been lost in transit, please let your local post office know, and have them open an investigation into the location of the package. Once your package leaves our facility, we have no more information, nor the ability to gather any more information, than you do. We will help in any investigation opened through the post office as best we can, but cannot guarantee any outcome.

Please note: order confirmations and shipping notifications are separate. Your selected payment method is charged at the time of purchase. You will receive a separate shipping notification when your order is ready to leave our facility.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Yarn cannot have been caked or used. Items that are no longer in skein form, are not eligible for returns.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll request you send your package back to us. Once the item is received, we will issue a refund for the full amount of the items only. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are not eligible for a refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on sale items.

We cannot accept yarn purchased from our stockists. That yarn must be returned to the shop from which it was purchased.

We do not have the ability to make an exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
